Molly is retired from our line-up. She has moved in with a lovely retired couple who treasures her. Molly is enjoying the healthy treats they offer and loves all the one-on-one attention she is receiving.
WillowBrook’s Miss Molly (Molly) was born on 12/27/2013. Molly is a pup from Lady’s first litter. Molly’s dad is FC Macon Creek Tucker, a field trial champion from Washington State, handled by Dan Murray of Absolute Gun Dogs in Bismarck ND. Tucker had a very successful career and produced many nice litters of pups.
Molly has the same extreme birdie desire that that her mom, Lady, has. Molly is distinguished by how hard she runs, and how hard she works in the field. She tackles any cover without hesitation; tall marsh grass, brush, mud, ice, it doesn’t slow her down. She is very determined. Molly has an awesome nose, a soft mouth, and nice delivery to hand. She enjoys retrieving on land and water.
Molly is a beautiful dog with a soft, short coat. In the winter, her short coat gets so thick that she feels like a cuddly teddy bear. She has a larger muzzle, long wavy ears, and soft eyes. She is liver and white, about 40-42 pounds, and has a slightly more muscular build than my other dogs, which helps her power thru the toughest cover. I am told that her muscular build comes from Lady’s father’s side where there were Field Champions with the same build and hard charging birdie desire.
In the house, Molly is a happy go lucky dog. She likes to roll around and play with puppies including those of my other dogs. Molly takes a minute to warm up to strangers, but then enjoys being petted. She is affectionate, and everyone loves her.
Molly was a beautiful puppy and has produced many beautiful pups of her own.
