Lady is now retired from our breeding program. She was a good mom, who really loved taking care of her puppies. But time moves on, and Lady has gone to live her retirement years with a loving household to enjoy a leisurely life where she will get lots of attention and can go on the walks in the great outdoors that she loves.
My Little Lady was born 5/13/2011. Lady was from my original bloodline going back to Chatty’s Hershey Kiss (Hershey) whom I bought as a puppy in 1995 from Roger Dolliff through the late Dan Langhans. Mr Langhans is now in the English Springer Spaniel Hall of Fame. Hershey had several years of field trial experience when she was handled by Dan Langhans to a 3rd place in 2001, and performed well at the nationals that fall. She was one of only 20 dogs to successfully complete all 7 series of the Open National Championship out of the 150 dogs entered that year.
Lady is white and liver, about 38 pounds and nicely proportioned. She is extremely birdy dog and has performed well at several field trials, earning a first place and 2 second place ribbons as a puppy and a 4th place in the Field Trial handled by Dan Murray in 2015. She competed in the National Field Trial that fall in Oregon.

Lady has a strong flush, attaching the cover and sometimes jumping high as the pheasant flushes. She marks her falls well and delivers cleanly to hand. Lady was easy to train, and loves the water. She will swim for long periods for the pleasure of it, and marks and retrieves as well as any retriever from the water. In the house she is a quiet dog, who runs from one window to the next to watch a bird or bunny. Lady likes people, even strangers.
